Clean Clean Clean

Ok so I think I have officially come to the end of any sanity I thought I may have had. You know that life is just plain to crazy with you spend 8 hours cleaning your home and you feel like you just had a day off. I know I sense the eye rolls but it's true. The only thing I had to do today was Morgan' soccer game. And then I couldn't believe it I had the whole rest of the day to spend cleaning my house. I was so excited (if you had seen my house you would be excited I finally cleaned it too). I am not sure I actually should have admitted it took 8 hours to clean, but it felt great to finally get the house cleaned the way I like it cleaned. The kids try to help, and Mike is really good at the pick up and he does what he can. But it's just not the way I want it so today I was finally able to turn up the country music, and clean clean clean and I feel so relaxed, and it's a very rare event but I have no anxiety. I haven't felt this good in a really long time. There is truly very little that compares to waking up in the morning and having everthing in it's place. And being able to actually get out of the bedroom with out stepping on clothes, toys, or whatever is laying in the way. I am sure it will be short lived but I am going to relish in it while I can. afterall, the kids will be awake in 8 hours.

Hey, thanks for the comment about the Deseret News, How did you happen to come across it? I'm not implying that you don't read the paper, I was just curious.

I totally agree, doesn't it seem like everything always happens at the same time.. and my house always suffers too.

okay wait... I suppose I didn't read this correctly. Maybe just maybe it is the listening to country music that is making you have a messy house! Think about it. Put a little Metallica on and see what happens!! That is what Lance thinks too! he he ( although I am still proud of you)

You go girl. I love the feeling of no clutter and everything clean. Unfortunately it seems like the only time I really manage it is when I'm having people over and then it's usually gone before they have even left.
